| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem třídění a recyklace odpadů v České republice. Práce je obohacena o případovou studii vývoje třídění a recyklace odpadů ve městě Brandýs nad Labem, ve které jsou získaná data komparována s údaji pro celou Českou republikou. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat vývoj procesu a třídění recyklace odpadu na území České republiky v letech 2007-2020 a zhodnotit jednotlivá aplikovaná hospodářsko – politická rozhodnutí v této oblasti. Výzkum si klade následující hypotézu: „Vývoj třídění odpadů a jejich následná recyklace se v průběhu sledovaného období zlepšoval.“ Teoretická část představuje základní termíny a obecné informace o odpadech, hospodaření s nimi a vybrané části z ekonomie životního prostředí, se kterou se pojí Costbenefit analýza. Taktéž je rozebrána lineární a cirkulární ekonomika, které jsou s vývojem odpadů úzce spojeny. Dále popisuje teoretické ustanovení tržních struktur a legislativní rámec odpadového hospodářství České republiky. Praktická část zpracovává data týkající se třídění a recyklace odpadu v ČR, která jsou následně porovnávána s některými daty Brandýsa nad Labem. Data byla získána z veřejné databáze Eurostat, z Českého statistického úřadu, od autorizované společnosti EKO-KOM a.s. a z publikací poskytnutých městem Brandýs nad Labem. S ohledem na analýzu dat týkajících se třídění odpadů a jejich následné recyklace byla hypotéza falsifikována. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of waste separation and recycling in the Czech Republic. This thesis is enriched by a case study of the development of waste separation and recycling in the town of Brandýs nad Labem, where the data obtained is compared with the whole Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to analyse the development of the waste separation and recycling process in the Czech Republic in 2007- 2020 and to evaluate individual applied economic – policy decisions in this area. Research is focused on the hypothesis: „The development of waste separation and subsequent recycling has improved each year.“ The theoretical part presents basic terms and general information about waste, environmental economics, with which Cost-benefit analysis is connected to. The linear and circular economy, which are closely linked to waste development, are also explained. Then it also describes the theoretical bases of market structures and the legislative framework of waste management in the Czech Republic. The practical part analyses data related to the waste separation and recycling in the Czech Republic, which is then compared with the data of Brandýs nad Labem. The data were obtained from the Eurostat public database, the Czech Statistical Office, from authorized company EKO-KOM Plc. and from publications provided by the city of Brandýs nad Labem. As consequence of waste separation and subsequent recycling data analysis the hypothesis was disproved. |
