| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje graffiti, které vnímá jako kontroverzní umělecké vyjádření i jako přirozenou součást veřejného prostoru města. Akcentuje jeho vliv na veřejný prostor a společnost a pocit bezpečí v daném prostoru. Zkoumá pohled představitelů vybraných městských částí hlavního města Prahy, které se s tímto fenoménem vypořádávají. Sleduje také kontext památkové péče a možnosti, s nimiž městské části mohou ve svém přístupu k nelegální graffiti tvorbě pracovat. Cílem práce je zhodnocení těchto politik a nalezení vhodné strategie vůči graffiti tvorbě. |

| Abstract: | The paper deals with graffiti which further perceives as controversial artistic expression and as a natural part of the city’s public space. It emphasizes its influence on public space, society, and the general feeling of security in the space. It examines the view of representatives of selected city districts of Prague, who are dealing with this phenomenon. It also monitors the context of monument conservation and the possibilities that city districts can work with in their approach to illegal graffiti. The aim of the paper is to evaluate these policies and find a suitable strategy towards graffiti. |
