| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá optimalizací výrobního procesu ve firmě Kittfort Praha s. r. o. pomocí využití nástroje průmysl 4.0 a cirkulární ekonomiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat všechny fáze výroby konkrétního produktu v prezentované společnosti. Práce bude popisovat a zkoumat proces v hlavní výrobní hale a v přidružených skladovacích a distribučních centrech. Práce hledá slabá místa zvyšující ztráty společnosti, a následně navrhuje řešení pro efektivnější výrobu. Vzhledem k tomu, že společnost prochází procesem modernizace, bude posouzena také její schopnost implementovat všechny inovace a úspěšně je využívat. V rámci tohoto procesu si společnost Kittfort přála využít výhod, které poskytuje průmysl 4.0 a cirkulární ekonomika, jako je digitalizace, Big data, Internet of Things, interakce člověk-stroj, získávání energie, ekodesign, průmyslová symbióza, sdílená ekonomika, 3R principy, Cradle to Cradle. Všechny vytvořené návrhy budou následně poskytnuté společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This work deals with the optimization of the production process in the company Kittfort using the tools of industry 4.0 and circular economy. The aim of this work is to analyze all stages of production of a particular product in the presented company. The work will describe and examine the process in the main production hall and in the associated storage and distribution centers. The work seeks bottlenecks, increasing company losses, and subsequently proposed solutions for more efficient production. Due to the fact that the company is in the process of modernization, its ability to implement all innovations and use them successfully will also be assessed. When designing, Kittfort's wishes to take advantage of Industry 4.0 and Circular Economics, and these are digitalization, Big Data, Internet of Things, Human-Machine Interaction, Energy Retrieval, Ecodesign, Industrial Symbiosis, Shared Economics, 3R Principles, Cradle to Cradle. Then all created proposals will be provided to the company. |
