| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Yves Rocher spol. s.r.o. Cílem práce je identifikování klíčových faktorů určujících pozici podniku na trhu a návrh doporučení, která by společnosti pomohla navýšit její podíl na trhu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje popsané nástroje a metody strategické analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na podnik v části praktické. Výsledky této analýzy jsou podkladem pro budoucí směřování strategie podniku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the company Yves Rocher spol. s.r.o. The aim of the work is to identify the key factors determining the company's position in the market and propose recommendations that would help the company increase its share on the market. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the described tools and methods of strategic analysis, which are later applied in the practical part to the company. The results of this analysis are the basis for the future direction of the company's strategy. |
