| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro první pražskou florbalovou akademii svého druhu, ve kterém budou hráči individuálně rozvíjet své herní dovednosti s podporou florbalového mentora. Teoretická část popisuje základní strukturu a náležitosti podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část představuje plán propagace a tři varianty vývoje finančních toků na základě průzkumu cen vybavení a přijatelné ceny služby odvozené z průzkumu. Dotazníkové šetření bylo také použito k identifikaci zájmu o tuto službu a stanovení optimálního cenového rozpětí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for the first Prague floorball academy of its kind, in which players will individually develop their skills with the support of a floorball mentor. The theoretical part describes the basic structure and requirements of a business plan. The practical part presents a promotion plan and three scenarios of the development of cash flows based on a research of equipment prices and acceptable price of the service derived from a survey. The survey was used also to identify the interest in the service and the optimal price range. |
