| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je funkcionalistická budova Kralovy vily v Prachaticích. Ta již několik let slouží jako kulturní a komunitní centrum v péči spolku Živá vila, z. s. Její existence je však ohrožena, také vzhledem k plánovanému rozšíření dopravní infrastruktury města. Práce zkoumá možnosti dalšího využití vily. Věnuje se kulturní politice, mapuje hlavní aktéry kulturního rozvoje, definuje a (pokud je to možné) vyčísluje možné scénáře dalšího využití objektu. Práce vychází z dostupné literatury i materiálu poskytnutých představiteli města či spolku. Hlavním zdrojem informací při výzkumu jsou kromě vlastního pozorování hloubkové rozhovory s hlavními aktéry – členy spolku, lokálními politiky i úředníky. |

| Abstract: | Subject of this Bachelor`s Thesis is functionalist Kralova villa in Prachatice. For many years this villa has been used as an alternative cultural and community centre managed by association Živá vila, z. s. The existence of Kralova vila is currently endangered because of the expansion of the transport infrastructure. The thesis explores the possibilities of further use of the villa. It is focused on cultural policy, mapping of the main stakeholders in cultural development, defining and (where possible) quantifying possible scenarios for further use of the object. The thesis is based on available literature as well as materials provided by city or association members. In addition to self-observation, the main source of research information is in-depth interview with the main stakeholders such as local politicians, assiciation members and officials. |
