| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je využívání dobrovolníků k obnově hradu Hartenberg. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit, který ze zde organizovaných typů dobrovolnických programů je pro hrad nejvhodnější. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům problematiky dobrovolnictví, jeho managementu a měření ekonomické hodnoty dobrovolnictví. Pozornost je věnována také současnému stavu dobrovolnictví v České republice a v kulturním sektoru. Výzkumný design druhé části práce je kvalitativní, přičemž hlavním pramenem dat jsou polostrukturované rozhovory a data poskytnutá vedením hradu a organizací INEX-SDA. Zkoumané dobrovolnické programy tvoří mezinárodní workcampy, firemní dobrovolnictví a víkendové dobrovolnictví. Na základě jejich srovnání a zhodnocení v různých oblastech je určen ten nejvhodnější z nich. Součástí práce je výpočet ekonomické hodnoty dobrovolnické práce v jednotlivých programech a zhodnocení jejich ekonomické efektivnosti. Na závěr jsou diskutovány výsledky a uvedena doporučení pro hrad. |

| Abstract: | The topic of the bachelor's thesis is volunteering, which is used to restore Hartenberg Castle. The main goal of the thesis is to find out which of the types of volunteer programs organized here is the most suitable for the castle. The first part discusses the theoretical basis of volunteering, its management and measuring the economic value of volunteering. Attention is also paid to the current state of volunteering in the Czech Republic and, especially, in the cultural sector. The research design of the second part of the work is qualitative, while the main sources of data are semi-structured interviews and data provided by the castle management and INEX-SDA. The researched volunteer programs consist of international workcamps, corporate volunteering and weekend volunteering. Based on their comparison and evaluation in different areas, the most suitable one is determined. Part of the thesis includes the calculation of the economic value of volunteer work in each program type and the evaluation of their economic efficiency. Finally, the results are discussed and recommendations for the castle are given. |
