| Abstract: | V diplomové práci je provedena strategická analýza Colonnade Insurance S.A., organizační složky pro Českou republiku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění současného postavení pojišťovny na českém trhu a určení jejího vnitřního potenciálu. Cíle je dosaženo pomocí provedení souboru analýz. Konkrétně analýzy externího a interního prostředí, analýzy zdrojů a analýzy finančního zdraví. Následně jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Syntéza je provedena pomocí SWOT analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou část, kde je představena terminologie dané problematiky spojená s metodami jednotlivých analýz a praktickou část, ve které jsou aplikovány na analyzovaný podnik. Přínosem práce je možné využití zjištění v praxi pro budoucí rozvoj podniku. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis performs a strategic analysis of Colonnade Insurance S.A., an organizational unit for the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis is to determine the current position of the insurance company on the Czech market and its internal potential. This is achieved by performing a set of analyzes. Specifically, analysis of the external and internal environment, analysis of resources and analysis of financial health. Subsequently, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats are identified. The synthesis is performed by SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and methodological part, which presents the terminology related to the methods of particular analysis and practical part where are methods applied to the analyzed company. The benefit of the findings is possible use in practice for the future development of the company. |
