| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat proces vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, zhodnotit zmíněné procesy a navrhnout možné doporučení pro firmu na základě získané informací a za použití dostupné literatury. Teoretická část uvádí základní pojmy vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců, systematiku, metody a nové trendy ve zmíněných procesech. Druhá část je praktická, která zaměřená na vybranou společnost a zkoumá její vzdělávací a rozvojový systém pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s manažerem společnosti . Propojením teoretické a praktické části je posouzena efektivnost systému konkrétní organizace XY a navrhnuta případná zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of educational and personnel development processes, the estimation of the given operations and the submission of possible recommendations for a company based on obtained information with the use of available literature. Theory part represents the main training and staff professional growth concepts, as well as systematics, methods, and new tendencies in a specified procedures. Practical section is focused on a chosen organization and investigate its’ educational and development system by using surveys and by running an interview with the general manager of a selected company. By combination of these two sections, practical and theoretical, a system effectiveness of discussed organization is assessed and potential improvements are provided. |
