| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza financování fotbalu v České republice v letech 2012-2020. V teoretické části jsou představeny a vysvětleny pojmy, které se pojí s veřejným rozpočtem, platnou legislativou k financování fotbalu a obecnému financování sportu. Dále je zde vysvětlen princip daňové asignace a nekalá soutěž ve fotbale. V úvodu praktické části je rozebrána struktura financování fotbalu v ČR a je provedena analýza dotačních programů MŠMT. Zároveň je zde vyvrácena hypotéza týkající se růstu poskytnuté dotace podle počtu aktivních členů v jednotlivých sportovních svazech. V práci jsou uvedena hospodářsko-politická doporučení, která by mohla zlepšit situaci financování českého fotbalu. V závěru práce jsou potom shrnuty dosažené výsledky jednotlivých zkoumání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the financing of football in the Czech Republic in the period 2012-2020. The theoretical part introduces and explains the terms of the public budget, valid legislative on football financing and financing sport in general. It also explains the principle of the tax allocation and unfair competititon in football. At the beginning of the practical part is analyzed the structure of football financing in the Czech Republic and the analysis of subsidy programs of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport is performed. At the same time, the hypothesis concerning the growth of the provide subsidy according to the number of active members in each sport association is disproved. The thesis contains economic and political recommendation which could improve the financing situation of czech football. At the end of the thesis are then summarized results of individual studies. |
