| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je identifikace příčin genderové diskriminace na trhu práce. K dosažení tohoto cíle bude v práci použito několik metod. Rešerše odborné literatury, analýza sekundárních dat (časové řady, komparace) a výzkum ve formě dotazníku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a popis problematiky genderové diskriminace, vývoj genderové diskriminace od historie po současnost a vymezen právní rámec. Praktická část je zaměřena sběr sekundárních dat a na dotazníkové šetření a interpretaci získaných primárních dat, které ukazují, jak rozšířené je povědomí studentů o genderové diskriminaci a jejich návrhy na zlepšení genderové problematiky. K této analýze byly využité primární data, časové řady a komparace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to identify the causes of gender discrimination in the labour market. Several methods will be used to achieve this goal. An academic literature review, analysis of secondary data (time series, comparisons) and research in the form of a questionnaire. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and elucidation of the gender discrimination issue, the development of gender discrimination from its history to the present moment and delineates the legal framework. The practical part focuses on the collection of the secondary data, the questionnaire research and the interpretation of the primary data obtained, which show how widespread the awareness of students about gender discrimination is and their suggestions for improving the gender issues. Primary data, time series and comparisons were used for this analysis. |
