| Abstract: | Rostoucí cestovní ruch a možnost lidí cestovat přirozeně zvyšuje počet letů i leteckých zájezdů. V roce 2020 však došlo k nečekaným změnám a v souvislosti se světovou pandemií se výrazně snížil objem osobní letecké dopravy a v mnoha směrech dokonce zcela zmizela na určitou dobu. V této práci bude provedena analýza této situace v rámci trhu letecké dopravy obecně. Následně se konkrétně zaměřím na společnost Aeroflot-ruské letecké linky. Díky strategické analýze celého odvětví a této organizace budou získána data pro mé vlastní zhodnocení. Budu vycházet z analýz PESTEL, SWOT, a některých dalších nezbytných analýz pro získání informací o finančním a strategickém stavu průmyslu a společnosti. Díky těmto datům získám představu o aktuálním stavu firmy. Díky rozsáhlé a hloubkové analýze problému nedostatku pracovních příležitostí za běžných podmínek bude proveden návrh strategického rozvoje firmy v budoucnosti. Dále také zhodnotím možnosti pro vypořádání se s krizí a následným rozvojem po jejím skončení. |

| Abstract: | Growing popularity of tourism and people's ability to travel naturally increases the number of flights and air tours. However, there were unexpected changes caused by world pandemic in 2020. The volume of passenger air traffic decreased significantly and traffics even completely disappeared for a certain period of time. The analysis of this situation in the framework of air transport market in general will be carried out in this thesis. Furthermore, the specific focus will be made on certain airway company, specifically Aeroflot-Russian airlines. Through strategic analysis of the entire industry and specific organization, data will be obtained for further evaluation. The thesis will include analysis of PESTEL, SWOT and some other necessary analyses, which help to obtain information about the financial and strategic position of the industry in general and Aeroflot. On the grounds of obtained data, the evaluation of current company's position will be made. Thanks to an extensive and in-depth analysis of the problems, a proposal for future strategic development of the Aeroflot will be introduced. Moreover, the options for dealing with the crisis and options for the subsequent development after crisis ending will be assessed. |
