| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu týmové práce a komunikace v týmu, konkrétně se práce zabývá jejich bariérami. Výzkum byl vypracován na příkladu marketingového týmu ve společnosti Lindt & Sprüngli. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda se v týmu vyskytují bariéry týmové práce a komunikace a o které se jedná. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou pomocí literární rešerše definovány jednotlivé pojmy spojené s fungováním pracovního týmu a jeho interní komunikací. Praktická část je založena na provedeném výzkumu kvalitativní povahy, který proběhl pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s HR manažerkou a 6 členy daného týmu společnosti Lindt & Sprüngli. Přepisy jednotlivých rozhovorů pak byly analyzovány a na základě otevřeného kódování bylo vytyčeno pět významných složek odpovědí respondentů: komunikace, bariéry a konflikty, spojení dvou zahraničních týmů, atmosféra a osobní vztahy a poslední byl leadership. Ty byly následně detailně rozebrány a na základě analýzy poznatků z těchto rozhovorů byla nakonec navržena doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of teamwork and communication in teams, specifically the thesis deals with their barriers. The research was developed using the example of the marketing team at Lindt & Sprüngli. The main aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out if there are barriers to teamwork and communication in the team and which ones they are. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, individual concepts related to the functioning of a work team and its internal communication are defined through a literature search. The practical part is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with the HR manager and 6 members of the team at Lindt & Sprüngli. The transcripts of the individual interviews were then analysed and based on open coding, five significant components of the respondents' answers were identified: communication, barriers and conflicts, merge of two foreign teams, atmosphere and personal relationships and the last one was leadership. These were then analysed in detail and recommendations were proposed based on the analysis of the findings from these interviews. |
