| Abstract: | Problematika vedení týmů v době pandemie Covid 19 se řadí k velmi aktuálním tématům, jelikož má a bude mít obrovský dopad na individuální, institucionální, společenské i globální úrovni. Z toho důvodu se diplomová práce zabývá tématem vedení týmů v průběhu pandemie Covid 19. Cílem práce je popsat a srovnat styl vedení týmů před a v průběhu pandemie Covid 19, a to ve vybrané Bance v České republice a poté navrhnout doporučení, která pomohou lídrům vést tým v době pandemie. K dosažení výše stanoveného cíle je použita kvalitativní metoda sběru dat. Využit byl polostrukturovaný online rozhovor pro detailnější pochopení individuálních odpovědí. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 16 manažerů. Přepis jednotlivých rozhovorů a jejich následné kódování bylo zpracováno v softwaru MAXQDA 2020. V rámci praktické části jsou navrhnuté doporučení ke zlepšení vedení týmů v době pandemie ve vybrané Bance, což je přínosem této práce. |

| Abstract: | Leadership related issues during the Covid 19 pandemic are one of the most actual topics, as it has and will have a huge impact on the individual, institutional, social, and global levels. Due to this reason, the thesis is dedicated to the topic of leading teams during the Covid 19 pandemic. To achieve the goal, a qualitative method of data collection was selected. A semi-structured online interview was used for a more detailed understanding of individual answers. 16 managers participated in the research. The transcript of individual interviews and their subsequent coding was processed in the MAXQDA 2020 software. In the practical part, there are some recommendations proposed to improve the team leadership during a pandemic in a selected Bank, which is the contribution of this thesis. |
