| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá prvotní fází výroby dokumentárního filmu – tzv. vývojem a jeho podporou Státním fondem kinematografie. V teoretické části je charakterizován dokumentární film jakožto umělecké dílo, jsou popsány jeho klíčové aspekty a specifika. Dále práce vysvětluje potřebnost a vymezuje cíle vývojové fáze výroby dokumentu. Část je také věnována možnostem financování, zejména pak ze strany Státního fondu kinematografie. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky rozhodování rady SFKMG, hodnocení a expertní analýzy žádostí z let 2017–2019. Na jejich základě jsou stanovena kritéria a kvality, které jsou klíčové k udělení podpory. |

| Abstract: | The work deals with the initial phase of documentary film production - the so-called development and its support by the Czech Film Fund. The theoretical part characterizes the documentary film as a work of art, its key aspects and specifics are described. Furthermore, the work explains the need and defines the goals of the development phase of document production. One part is also devoted to funding opportunities, especially from the Czech Film Fund. The practical part analyzes the results of decision-making of the CFF board, evaluations and expert analyses of applications from 2017-2019. Based on them, the criteria and qualities that are key to the granting of support are determined. |
