| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu pro podnik České aerolinie a.s. a následně navrhnout strategická doporučení pro zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti a úspěšné fungování na trhu letecké dopravy. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí, a to teoreticko-metodologické a praktické. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsou vysvětleny metody a postupy, které jsou následně aplikovány v části praktické. Zpracovaná strategická analýza zahrnuje především dopad pandemie způsobené onemocněním covid-19 na leteckou společnost. Výsledkem této práce je zpracování syntézy na základě výsledků strategické analýzy podniku a návrh doporučení pro využití identifikovaných příležitostí a odhalení hrozeb. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis for the company Czech Airlines j.s.c. and subsequently propose strategic recommendations to increase its competitiveness and the successfulness in the air transport market. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical-methodological and practical. The theoretical-methodological part explains the methods and procedures, which are then applied in the practical part. The developed strategic analysis mainly includes the impact of the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 disease on the airline. The result of this work is the elaboration of a synthesis of strategic analysis and the proposal of recommendations for the use of identified opportunities and the detection of threats to the researched company. |
