| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy podniku GUMEX, spol. s r.o. pro roky 2016 až 2019. Práce se sestává ze dvou částí; teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury vysvětleny metody finanční analýzy včetně vybraných ukazatelů a v praktické části práce jsou tyto metody a ukazatele následně aplikovány. Při vyhodnocování výsledků se pak autor práce snaží vysvětlit souvislosti jednotlivých položek účetních výkazů, nalézt silné a slabé stránky podniku a porovnat jej s odvětvím. Z výsledných dat analýzy pak vyplývá, že GUMEX, spol. s r.o. je finančně zdravý a stabilní podnik, kterému v nejbližších letech nehrozí žádné vážné finanční potíže. V průběhu let si ve srovnání s odvětvím zlepšil svou ziskovost, likvidita však nedosahovala příliš uspokojivých výsledků. Závěr práce je pak věnován stanovení shrnutí zjištěných poznatků a vytvořením stanovisek a doporučení pro zefektivnění finančního řízení a zlepšení slabých stránek. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to perform financial analysis of the company GUMEX, spol. s r.o., between the years 2016 to 2019. The thesis is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the methods of financial analysis based including selected indicators and in the practical part occurs application of these methods and indicators. When evaluating the results author tries to explain the context of individual parts of financial statements, find the strengths and weaknesses of the company and compare it with the industry. The resulting data of the financial analysis indicates that GUMEX, spol. s r.o. is a financially sound and stable company that does not face any serious financial difficulties in the coming years. Comparing to the industry the company has improved over the years its profitability whereas its liquidity has not been very satisfactory. The conclusion of the thesis determines a summary of results and consists of recommendations for improvement of financial management efficiency and weaknesses. |
