| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a ohrožení podniku MOSER, a.s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána základní terminologie a v části praktické je teorie aplikována. Práce se zabývá analýzou vnějšího okolí podniku a analýzou vnitřních zdrojů a schopností podniku, kde jsou použity metody PESTEL analýza, analýza odvětví, analýza konkurence, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company MOSER, a.s. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology and the practical part applies the theory. The thesis deals with the analysis of the external environment of the company and the analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company using methods such as PESTEL analysis, industry analysis, competition analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. |
