| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy podniku Avast Software s.r.o. a navržení strategických doporučení, která povedou ke zlepšení prosperity podniku a upevnění nebo zlepšení pozice na trhu s antivirovým softwarem. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část popisuje specifické metody analýz, které budou následně použity v praktické části na zkoumaný podnik. Výsledky strategické analýzy budou zpracovány do doporučení dané společnosti. Práce vychází z veřejně dostupných zdrojů. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Avast Software s.r.o. and propose strategic recommendations that will lead to improved business prosperity and strengthening or improvement the position in the antivirus software market. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes specific methods of analyses, which will then be applied in the practical part to the analyzed company. The results of the strategic analysis will be processed into the recommendations for the company. The work is based on publicly available sources. |
