| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kreativních klastrů, a to z pohledu tam žijících cizinců. Základní myšlenka práce vychází z tvrzení, že každý kreativní klastr musí poskytovat tolerantní prostředí nejen pro talentované lidi, ale i pro různé menšiny a cizince. Pro zkoumaní pravdivosti tohoto tvrzeni byl zvolen známý kreativní klastr Praha 7, kde se soustřeďují různorodé kreativní podniky, galerie a art prostory. Tato práce zkoumá vnitřní vazby, strukturu a lokální život tohoto kreativního klastru z pohledu cizinců. Mezi hlavní cíle této práce patří zkoumaní vnitřního života, dynamiky a vazeb uvnitř klastru, analýza této lokace z pohledu toho, jak je tolerantní, je-li cizinci zde v izolaci, dochází-li k sociálnímu oddělení expatů od místních. Jako metody této analýzy byly zvoleny kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum. Kvantitativní výzkum obsahoval dotazník, který sloužil jako podklad pro vytvoření struktury a otázek pro výzkum kvalitativní. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu bylo uskutečněno 20 osobních rozhovorů s cizinci, kteří žijí v tomto kreativním klastru. Práce zkoumá důvody přestěhovaní cizinců do lokace, styl života, vztahy s místní komunitou a proces integrace do společnosti. V českém jazykovém prostředí analýze kreativních klastrů z pohledu cizinců zatím nebyla věnovaná velká pozornost. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis applies to the issue of creative clusters from the point of view of foreigners living there. The basic idea of the work is based on the statement that every creative cluster must provide a tolerant space not only for talented people, but also for various minorities and foreigners. To examine the truth of this statement, the well-known creative cluster Prague 7 was chosen, a place where are concentrated various creative companies, galleries and art spaces. This work researches the internal ties, structure and local life of this creative cluster from the perspective of foreigners. The main goals of this work include the study of inner life, dynamics and bonds inside the cluster, analysis of these locations in terms of how tolerant it is, if foreigners are in isolation, if there is social exclusion from the locals. Quantitative and qualitative research was chosen as methods of this analysis. Quantitative research included a questionnaire that served as a basis for creating a structure and questions for qualitative research. As part of the qualitative research, 20 personal interviews were implemented with foreigners living in this creative cluster. The work analyzes the reasons why foreigners moving to the location, their lifestyle, relationships with locals and the process of integration into society. In the Czech language system, the analysis of creative clusters from the perspective of foreigners has not yet received much attention. |
