| Abstract: | Vďaka technologickému pokroku dôjde v budúcnosti k ešte väčším zmenám na pracovnom trhu. Tieto zmeny sa dotknú veľkého množstva ľudí, ktorí sa budú musieť naučiť nové zručnosti, alebo sa rekvalifikovať na novú pracovnú pozíciu. Na takýto vývoj nie je takmer nikto pripravený a neexistuje vhodná infraštruktúra, ktorá by tento problém riešila. Cieľom tejto práce bolo navrhnúť realizovateľný a udržateľný business model podnikateľského nápadu v oblasti vzdelávania, ktorý má záujem vyššie spomenutý problém riešiť. Pre tvorbu business modelu bola vypracovaná analýza konkurencie, identifikácia kľúčových zákazníckych segmentov a odhad nákladov a zdrojov príjmu. Bolo zistené, že na Českom trhu nepôsobí žiadny súkromný subjekt, ktorý by poskytoval komplexné vzdelávacie služby zamerané na riešenie skúmanej problematiky. Existuje však viacero konkurentov, ktorí sa zaoberajú odovzdaním znalostí. Zároveň si zákazník môže vyberať zo širšej ponuky kvalitných zahraničných služieb. Na základe všetkých zistených skutočností som vytvoril business model, ktorý je realizovateľný a reflektuje na definovaný problém. O jeho udržateľnosti však rozhodne trh. |

| Abstract: | Thanks to a technological advancement, there will be even greater changes in a job market. These changes will affect many people, who will have to learn new skills or reskill for a new job. Almost nobody is prepared for such a scenario and there is no suitable infrastructure to address this issue yet. The objective of this paper was to design a feasible and sustainable business model of a business idea in the field of education, which aims to solve the mentioned problem. An analysis of the competition, identification of key customer segments and an estimate of costs and revenue streams were prepared for the creation of the business model. I concluded that there is no operating firm on the Czech market that would provide comprehensive educational services aimed at solving the researched issues. However, there are several competitors in the education market and customers can also choose from a wider range of quality foreign services. I created the feasible business model based on all researched information, that reflects on the defined problem. The sustainability of this business model will be determined by the market. |
