| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných ukazatelů trhu práce v Ústeckém kraji, který se dlouhodobě potýká s řadou problémů. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy související s trhem práce a shrnuje hlavní teoretická východiska. Praktická část obsahuje nejprve stručnou charakteristiku Ústeckého kraje. Poté následuje analýza vybraných ukazatelů, a to na základě práce se sekundárními daty. Je využita metoda komparace, analýza časových řad, syntéza, indukce. Cílem práce je posoudit situaci na trhu práce ve vybraném regionu, identifikovat jeho silné a slabé stránky a poté navrhnout doporučení směrem k vládě a podnikům, jejichž realizace by umožnila situaci na trhu práce ve sledovaném regionu zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the selected indicators of the labor market in the Ústecký region, which has long struggled with a number of problems. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the labor market and a description of the basic characteristics of the Ústecký region. The practical part first includes a brief description of the Ústí region. This is followed by an analysis of selected indicators, based on work with secondary data. The method of comparison, time series analysis, synthesis, induction is used. The aim of the work is to assess the situation on the labor market in the selected region, to identify its strengths and weaknesses and then to propose recommendations to the government and companies, the implementation of which would make it possible to improve the labor market situation in the monitored region. |
