| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním dvou systémů městské hromadné dopravy, a to v Praze a Almaty, největším městě Kazachstánu. Cílem práce je analýza městské hromadné dopravy v obou městech a následné porovnání za účelem zjištění slabých stránek v dopravním systému města Almaty. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a definice. Praktická část obsahuje popis systémů městské hromadné dopravy v obou městech, které jsou poté srovnány. V závěrečném shrnutí jsou přiblíženy návrhy ke zlepšení MHD ve městě Almaty. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of two public transport systems in Prague and Almaty, the largest city in Kazakhstan. The aim of the thesis is to analyze public transport in both cities and then compare them to identify weaknesses in the transport system of the city of Almaty. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts and definitions. The practical part contains a description of the public transport systems in both cities, which are then compared. The final summary describes proposals for improving public transport in Almaty. |
