Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení strategické analýzy národního podniku Budějovický Budvar. Ta bude sloužit jako základ pro navržení strategických doporučení, jejichž cílem je zajištění budoucí prosperity podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje charakterizaci použitých metod pro část praktickou. Charakteristika je prováděna na základě odborné literatury. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci jednotlivých metod a postupů k zhodnocení stávající situace podniku. V této části je využita PESTLE analýza, analýza Porterova modelu 5 sil, VRIO analýza a SWOT analýza. Na závěr této práce dojde ke shrnutí veškerých poznatků ze všech analýz a na jejich základě ke stanovení vhodných strategických doporučení. Závěrečná doporučení budou přínosná primárně pro management podniku. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of national company Budějovický Budvar. The strategic analysis will serve as a basis for proposing strategic recommendations for the thriving future of the firm. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will characterize methods that are used in the practical part. This defining will be based on references to literature. The practical part deals with the application of defined methods in order to evaluate current situation of the company. In this part, PESTLE analysis, analysis of Porter´s five forces model, VRIO analysis and SWOT analysis will be used. In conclusion, findings from the practical part will be summarized and strategic recommendations will be stated. These recommendations will be useful primarily to the company´s management. |
