| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace odchylek praktikovaných v rámci agilní metodiky Scrum, jejich důvody a vliv na přínosy agility. Studie využívá kvalitativního výzkumu, kdy na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů vybraných organizací v České republice bylo zjištěno, jaké konkrétní odchylky od hlavních aspektů Scrumu se vyskytují v těchto společnostech, jaký je důvod pro jejich praktikování a jaký mají vliv na přínosy agility. Výzkumná práce využívá analytické indukce, v níž se vylučují negativní případy neodpovídající hypotéze, a která umožňuje přizpůsobit se existujícím teoriím. Analýza dat využívá otevřeného a hypotetického kódování, při kterých jsou vytvářeny nové kódy a koncepty. Výsledky výzkumu jsou představeny v tabulkách a v závěrečném modelu, který zobrazuje vazby mezi odchylkami a přínosy. Součástí práce jsou rovněž doporučení pro firmy a náměty pro další výzkumy této problematiky. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že zaznamenané odchylky mají negativní, žádný i pozitivní vliv na benefity Scrumu. Nejvýznamnějšími aspekty z hlediska vlivu na přínosy jsou principy Scrumu – transparentnost, kontrola a přizpůsobivost. |

| Abstract: | of Scrum, their reasons and influence on the benefits of agility. The study uses qualitative research, which, based on semi-structured interviews of selected organizations in the Czech Republic, found out what specific deviations from the main aspects of Scrum occur in these companies, what is the reason for their practice and what effect on agility benefits. The research study uses analytical induction, in which negative cases that do not correspond to the hypothesis are excluded, and which makes it possible to adapt to existing theories. Data analysis uses open and hypothetical coding, in which new codes and concepts are created. The research results are presented in tables and in the final model, which shows the links between deviations and benefits. The work also includes recommendations for companies and suggestions for further research on this issue. The results of the research show that the recorded deviations have a negative, positive or no effect on the benefits of Scrum. The most important aspects in terms of impact on benefits are the principles of Scrum - transparency, inspection and adaptability. |
