| Abstract: | The Spotlife platform plans to improve personal trainers’ experience in Central Europe, by creating a searching tool for their clients paired with a management tool. Search difficulties and lack of functionality of the current management platform creates an opportunity for a Spotlife platform to enter the market. Company has a two-side business model. Company’s product is a platform that consists of two products: searching and management platforms for fitness. Despite of the developed market in West Europe, the market is relatively empty with moderate competition in the UK as the leader in the fitness industry in the European region. |
