| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku integrace osob se zdravotním postižením ve firmě. Jejím hlavním cílem je zanalyzovat a porovnat, jak probíhá zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ve třech vybraných organizacích. Teoretická část práce je věnovaná vysvětlení základních pojmů, informacím o trhu práce ve vztahu k osobám se zdravotním postižením, pracovní rehabilitaci, diskriminaci či společenské odpovědnosti firem. Součástí je rovněž Výběrové šetření osob se zdravotním postižením provedené Českým statistickým úřadem. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou vždy nejprve představeny jednotlivé organizace, které jsou následovány rozhovory s vybranými zástupci zmíněných společností. S jejich pomocí bylo možné zjistit jaké jsou zkušenosti jednotlivých organizací se zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením, průběhem pracovní rehabilitace a celkově návratem osob s postižením do běžného života. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the integration of disabled people into a company. This thesis aims to analyze and compare the integration of disabled people into three chosen organizations. The theoretical part is mainly focused on the explanation of basic concepts and provides information about the labor market, vocational rehabilitation, discrimination, or corporate social responsibility. There is also research about people with disabilities by Czech Statistical Office included. The practical part consists of basic information about particular organizations which is followed by interviews with selected representatives from previously mentioned companies. With the help of this research, it was possible to find out about experiences with employing people with disabilities, the course of vocational rehabilitation, and the overall return of people with disabilities to ordinary life. |
