| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem stres a copingové strategie v oddělení PURINA PetCare CZ & SK. Primárním cílem práce je zmapovat zdroje stresu a strategie, potažmo techniky zvládání a vyrovnávání se se stresem. Sekundárním cílem je odhalit, co by zaměstnanci rádi v rámci zkoumané problematiky znali nebo se nově naučili. Výzkum proběhl formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 20 participanty za pomoci online platformy Microsoft Teams. Na základě tematické analýzy a otevřeného kódování v programu MAXQDA byla vytvořena čtyři hlavní témata – stres, copingové strategie, Nestlé a možnosti rozvoje. Shrnutí a diskuze práce nabízí konfrontaci výsledků s teoretickou částí a výzkumy. Na závěr práce jsou formulována doporučení, která byla předána HR oddělení Nestlé a ředitelce divize PURINA PetCare CZ & SK, v čemž spočívá hlavní přínos práce. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the topic of stress and coping strategies in the PURINA PetCare CZ & SK Department. The primary goal of this work is to map the causes of stress, coping strategies and techniques. The secondary goal is to reveal what employees would like to know or have newly learned within the researched issues. The research took the form of semi-structured interviews with 20 participants using the online platform Microsoft Teams. Based on the thematic analysis and open coding in the MAXQDA program, four main topics were revealed – stress, coping strategies, Nestlé and development opportunities. Summary and discussion of the work offer a confrontation of the results with the theoretical part and foreign researches. At the end of the thesis are recommendations, which were handed over to the Nestlé HR Department and the Director of the PURINA PetCare CZ & SK division. |
