| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Prabos plus a.s., která je obchodována na pražské burze START. Hlavními cíli práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví firmy, budoucího vývoje a na základě zjištěných závěrů tvorba investičního doporučení. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje nástroje finanční analýzy, zejména vertikální a horizontální analýzu účetních výkazů, ukazatele rentability, aktivity, likvidity a zadluženosti, bonitní a bankrotní indexy, rozklad ukazatele EVA a projekci účetních výkazů. V praktické části jsou tato teoretická východiska aplikována na konkrétní data společnosti za roky 2016-2019. V závěru je učiněno doporučení pro vedení společnosti a pro potenciálního investora. |

| Abstract: | The theme of this bachelor’s thesis is a financial analysis of Prabos plus a.s., a publicly traded company quoted on the Prague stock exchange. Main goals of this thesis include an evaluation of financial health of the company, prediction of its future financial results and subsequent formation of a recommendation to its potential investors. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part creates a theoretical basis for the latter part, which puts the theory into practice. The topics covered include vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and income statement, financial indicators of rentability, activity, liquidity and indebtedness, bankruptcy indicators, analysis of the EVA indicator and a prediction of future financial results. These topics are applied on a four-year period from 2016 to 2019. At the end of the thesis a recommendation is given for the management of the company and its potential investors. |
