| Abstract: | Navzdory politickým zájmům o větší zapojení domácí péče do českého zdravotnického systému čelí organizace poskytující domácí péči výzvám ohledně personálního zabezpečení, atraktivity práce, financování a spokojenosti zaměstnanců i pacientů. Zmíněné aspekty ohrožují principy a kvalitu poskytované péče. Cílem diplomové práce je vysvětlení sebeřídícího modelu Buurtzorg, který funguje v Nizozemsku, charakteristika komplexní domácí péče a popis některých strategických dokumentů, na základě kterých domácí péče v Česku funguje. Zároveň se práce zabývá potenciálem revolučního modelu komunitního zdravotnictví, který by mohl řešit otázky spokojenosti personálu a pacientů, atraktivity práce a nákladnosti domácí péče. Práce obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum spokojenosti pacientů a zdravotních sester zaměstnaných v tradičním modelu domácí péče, časový rámec poskytované péče a odpovídá na otázku jaký je pohled aktérů domácí péče na možnost implementace sebeřídícího modelu společnosti Buurtzorg v Česku. |

| Abstract: | Organisations providing homecare face multiple challenges regarding staff, job attractiveness, financing and contentment of employees as well as of patients. These aspects threaten the principles and quality of care provided. All this happens despite the political efforts of deeper integration of homecare into the Czech medical system. The aim of this diploma thesis is to explain the self-managing model of Buurtzorg, which works in the Netherlands, to describe overall homecare and to cover some strategic documents on the basis of which the homecare in the Czech Republic works. At the same time, the thesis deals with the potential of the revolutionary model of community healthcare, which could solve the issues of staff`s and patients’ contentment, work attractiveness and cost of homecare. The thesis contains qualitative research of patients’ contentment and the contentment of nurses engaged in traditional model of healthcare and the time frame of care provided. It also answers the question what the opinion of homecare participants is on the possibilities of implementation of the self-managing model of Buurtzorg in the Czech Republic. |
