| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práce z domova, konkrétně vlivem práce z domova na zaměstnance bankovního sektoru. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány základní pojmy související s prací z domova, jejím vlivem na zaměstnance a bankovní sektor, vlivem digitálních technologií na práci. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která obsahuje kvalitativní šetření pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat vliv práce z domova na výkonnost a zdraví zaměstnanců bankovního sektoru a navrhnout doporučení, které předchází negativnímu vlivu práce z domova. Výstupy práce budou užitečné zaměstnancům, personálnímu oddělení Komerční banky a.s. a dalším organizacím, které využívají, či chtějí využívat práci z domova. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of working from home, specifically the impact of working from home on employees of the banking sector. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts related to work from home, its impact on employees and the banking sector, the impact of digital technologies on work. The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which contains a qualitative survey using semi-structured interviews. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the impact of working from home on the performance and health of employees in the banking sector and to propose recommendations that prevent the negative impact of working from home. The outputs of the work will be useful to employees, the personnel department of Komerční banka a.s. and other organizations that use or want to use work from home. |
