| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat návrh podnikatelského plánu pro založení pojízdného občerstvení, tzv. food trucku zaměřený na vietnamské plněné bagety bánh mì, a posoudit realizovatelnost a životaschopnost daného projektu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a představena struktura podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části jsou tyto poznatky aplikovány a je sestaven reálný návrh podnikatelského plánu. Vlastní výzkum trhu byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jenž zahrnoval i test cenové citlivosti. Dále byl vypracován finanční plán ve třech variantách prodeje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to develope a business plan for the establishment of a mobile kitchen, the so-called food truck offering Vietnamese stuffed baguettes, and to evaluate the feasibility and viability of the project. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and introduces the structure of the business plan. In the practical part, these findings are applied and the business plan is compiled. The market research was carried out using a survey, which inclued a price sensivity test. Furthermore, a finacial part was developed in three sales variants. |
