| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje podpoře místního rozvoje ze strany rodinných firem na Semilsku. V práci je zkoumán region Semilska jak z pohledu hospodářského, tak i občanského. Tato práce pomáhá všem firmám a městským samosprávám, a to nejenom na Semilsku, ke zlepšení a zefektivnění investiční politiky do regionálního rozvoje. Pro zjištění historického vývoje regionu Semilska jsou použita dostupná sekundární data o geografické a katastrální struktuře regionu, místním obyvatelstvu, ekonomické situaci regionu a občanské vybavenosti této oblasti. Pro zjištění současného stavu jsou uskutečněny rozhovory s představiteli místních rodinných firem. Závěrečný výzkum, který je proveden formou dotazníkového šetření ověřuje a obohacuje veškeré sesbírané informace a data, která jsou získána z předcházejících výzkumů této práce. Veškeré výsledky jsou podrobně vyhodnoceny a v závěru této bakalářské práce jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení veškerých zkoumaných jevů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the support of local development by family companies in the Semily region. The thesis examines the region of Semily from an economic and public point of view. This work helps all companies and municipalities, not only in the Semily region, to improve and streamline investment policy in regional development. To determine the historical development of the Semily region is used an available secondary data on the geographical and cadastral structure of the region, the local population, the economic situation of the region, and the civic amenities of this area are used. Interviews with representatives of local family businesses are conducted to find out the current situation. The final research, which is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, verifies and enriches all the collected information and data that are obtained from previous research in this work. All results are evaluated in detail and at the end of this bachelor's thesis are proposed recommendations for improving all the studied phenomena |
