| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem agilní transformace v České republice. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem kulturní normy České republiky a kultura podniků, formují přijetí agilních metod a průběh agilní transformace ve firmách. Tento cíl je naplněn pomocí rešerše dostupných zdrojů a kvalitativního výzkumu, v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci vybraných českých firem. Na základě analýzy dát jsou vyhodnocené čtyři výzkumné otázky a vytvořen model, který nabízí nový pohled na vazby mezí národní kulturou, firemní kulturou, agilní metodikou a agilní transformací. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on agile transformation in Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to identify how the cultural norms of the Czech Republic and the culture of companies influence the adoption of agile methods and process of agile transformation. This goal is fulfilled through a research of available literature and qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews, which were conducted with employees of selected Czech companies. Based on the analysis of the data, four research questions are evaluated and a model is created, which offers a new perspective on the links between national culture, corporate culture, agile methodology and agile transformation. |
