Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vyhotovením podnikatelského plánu pro společnost ReLot, která chce vytvořit novou mobilní aplikaci. Jedná se o dosud nerealizovaný projekt autora s možností realizace projektu v budoucnu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a definice, legislativní požadavky podnikání a následně jsou popsány teoretické základy pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu, z jakých částí se skládá a jak ho správně sestavit. Druhá praktická část diplomové práce je věnována sestavení podnikatelského plánu. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for a company called ReLot, which aims to create a new mobile app. It is a new project with the hope of realization in the future. This diploma thesis is divided in two parts. The first theoretical part describes key terms and definitions, key legislative requirements. It is followed by theoretical basics of business plan, each of its parts and how to create it. The second practical part of this thesis is focused on creating a new business plan. |
