| Abstract: | Práce si klade za cíl analyzovat nabídku pobytových sociálních služeb v ČR a současné financování domovů pro seniory. Stárnutí obyvatelstva, které provází vyspělé země napříč celým světem, představuje vyšší zátěž na veřejné rozpočty a především růst poptávky po pobytových sociálních službách. Přestože se mezi lety 2015-2019 kapacity těchto služeb v ČR markantně nenavýšily, na jejich chod je vynakládáno více zdrojů z veřejných rozpočtů. Soukromé domovy pro seniory, které zaznamenaly ve sledovaném období jako jediné z druhů těchto domovů nárůst ve svých kapacitách, představují menší zátěž na veřejné rozpočty. Ale dotace, které proudí z veřejných rozpočtů právě těmto soukromým domovům, jsou stále velmi štědré. Zkoumanou hypotézu, že v domovech pro seniory je nedostatečná kapacita a během let 2015-2020 se výrazně nenavýšila, lze potvrdit pouze částečně. Za období 2015-2019 totiž nebyl zaznamenán vysoký nárůst kapacit ani dostatečná vybavenost domovů pro seniory. Data pro rok 2020 chybí, a proto by nebylo relevantní celou tuto hypotézu potvrzovat. Hypotézy, že nedostatek kapacit v domovech pro seniory lze řešit zapojením soukromého sektoru, respektive zapojením pečovatelské služby, byly potvrzeny. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the capacities of the residential facilities of social services for seniors in the Czech Republic. It also includes the analysis of the current funding homes for the elderl. The population ageing, which is a part of developer countries around the world, represents higher burden of public finance and is also the reason for the growing demand for residential facilities of the social services. Among the years 2015-2019 these capacities did not show great growth, with the exception of private homes for the elderly, which are not only a smaller burden for the government budget, but are also granted generous amount of money. However, we are still in need of more public finance resources to operate the residential facilities. Two of hypotheses were confirmed. The lack of capacities of homes of elderly could be solved with private homes for the elderly or elderly assistance programs. Hypothesis, that among the years 2015-2020 the capacities of the homes for the elderly did not show great growth, could not be completely confirmed because of unavailable data in 2020. |
