| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě analýzy pracujících důchodců navrhnout opatření, která by vedly k jejich vyšší zaměstnanosti v budoucích letech. Teoretická část práce charakterizuje základní principy sociální politiky a současnou podobu důchodového systému České republiky se zaměřením na odchod do důchodu. Následně představuje stávající opatření, které mají za cíl zvýšit pracovní aktivitu seniorů i po dosažení důchodového věku. Praktická část práce analyzuje hospodaření důchodového systému v letech 2000 – 2020 se zaměřením na demografické hledisko důchodového systému a problém stárnutí populace. Dále analyzuje pracující starobní důchodce a možné faktory ovlivňující jejich motivaci pracovat i po dosažení důchodové věku a vzniku nároku na pobíraní starobního důchodu. Závěrem práce nastiňuje možné přínosy pracovní aktivity starobních důchodců a navrhuje opatření k zvýšení jejich pracovní aktivity. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest measures that would lead to higher employment of pensioners in the upcoming years based on the analysis of the working pensioners. In the theoretical part, the basic principles of social policy and the current form of the Czech pension system age are defined with a focus on retirement. Subsequently, the thesis presents current measures that should lead to higher work activity of seniors. The practical part of this thesis analyses the pension system in years 2000 - 2020 with a focus on the demographic aspect and the population aging. The following is an analysis of working pensioners and possible factors influencing their motivation to work after reaching retirement age. Finally, the work outlines the possible benefits of work activity of seniors and proposes measures to increase their work activity. |
