| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou španělského trhu práce v letech 2007-2020 a identifikuje příčiny jeho nepříznivého vývoje. Vývoj klíčových ukazatelů je srovnán během krizového období v letech 2007-2009 i v pokrizovém období. S příchodem krize se naplno projevily problematické faktory na trhu práce, mezi které patří vysoká míra nezaměstnanosti, dualita na trhu práce a regionální disparity. Nejvíce ohroženou skupinu tvoří mladí lidé pod 25 let, u kterých se vyskytuje vysoká míra nezaměstnanosti, prekarizovaná zaměstnání a fenomén NEET. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the analysis of the Spanish labor market in the years of 2007-2020 and identifies the causes of its unfavorable development. The development of key indicators is compared during the crisis period in 2007-2009 and in the post-crisis period. With the beginning of the crisis, problematic labor market factors have become more significant, including high unemployment, labor market duality and regional disparities. The most vulnerable group were young people under the age of 25, where high unemployment and precarious employment occurs more likely, as well as the NEET phenomenon. |
