| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení změny dopravce na lince R8. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na konkurenci na trhu, teoretické východisko liberalizace, představuje hlavní dokumenty ovlivňující liberalizační proces a představuje insti-tuce a dopravce působící na současném železničním trhu. Praktická část se zabývá liberalizačním procesem v praxi na železnici a analyzuje železnici České republiky. Dílčím cílem práce je vyhodnocení zavedení slevy na jízdném pro studenty a dů-chodce. Samotným cílem práce je vyhodnocení vstupu nového dopravce na linku R8 dle počtu cestujících, tržeb, ceny jízdného, počtu spojů, dále dle výše poskyto-vané dotace Ministerstvem dopravy a zhodnocení služeb, které je prováděno po-mocí dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the change of the railway transporter on the railway line R8. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on competition in the market, the theoretical basis of liberalization, presents the main documents influencing the liberalization process and presents the institutions and transport-ers operating in the current railway market. The practical part analyzes the liber-alization process on the railway and the railway in the Czech Republic. A partial goal of the thesis is to evaluate the introduction of a discount on a fare for students and pensioners. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the entry of a new railway transporter on the R8 line according to the following criteria; number of passen-gers, sales, fares; number of trains per year; the amount of subsidies provided by the Ministry of Transportation; and the evaluation of services using a question-naire survey. |
