| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění Expobank CZ a.s. k 1. 1. 2020 za použití několika metod oceňování podniku. V první části této diplomové práce je vymezená teoretická základna pro oceňování vybrané komerční banky. V druhé části je provedena finanční a strategická analýza pro potvrzení předpokladu věčného trvání podniku a vytvoření podkladů pro finanční plán. Dále na základě modelu CAPM je stanovena diskontní míra a pomocí výnosové metody a cenového obligačního modelu je provedeno ocenění vybrané banky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to perform a valuation of Expobank CZ a.s. as of 1. 1. 2020 using several methods of company valuation. First part of this thesis describes the theoretical basis for the selected commercial bank valuation. The second part of this thesis consists of the financial analysis and the strategic analysis, which are conducted to confirm that the bank is a going concern, and to create a base for the financial plan. Afterwards, the discount rate is determined with the CAPM model and the valuation of the selected bank is performed using the earning value method and the bond pricing model. |
