| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje financování městských divadel se zaměřím na financování Východočeské divadlo Pardubice. Teoretická část se věnuje vývoji divadelního systému po roce 1989 a dále rozebírá kulturní politiku státu, její hlavní cíle na nástroje. Tato část stanoví typologii divadel a jednotlivé formy financování od zdrojů veřejných, přes zdroje soukromé, až po zdroje vlastní. Praktická část se věnuje historii Východočeského divadla, hlavní a vedlejší činností divadla. Dále se práce věnuje financování daného divadla. Práce využívá kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na analýze dokumentů. Práce analyzuje dopady pandemie v roce 2020 a dále využití veřejných zdrojů a jejich poměr v celkovém financování divadla. Cílem práce je zhodnocení hospodaření Východočeského divadla Pardubice v době pandemie. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with financing of city theatres, Východočeské divadlo Pardubice in particular. The theoretical part focuses on the development of the theatre system after the year 1989 and it further analyses a culture policy of the state, its main goals and tools. This part sets the typology of theatres and the individual forms of financing, from the public ones, through the private ones, to the one's own forms of financing. The practical part of the thesis deals with history of Východočeské divadlo, its main and minor activity. The thesis further deals with financing of this particular theatre. The thesis uses a qualitative research based on the analysis of documents. The thesis analyses the consequences of pandemic in 2020 and the usage of public resources and their ratio in the total financing of the theatre. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate economic activities of Východočeské divadlo Pardubice in the pandemic period. |
