| Abstract: | Diplomové práce se zaobírá finanční a strategická analýza společnosti Lactalis CZ, s.r.o. za období let 2015 až 2019. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí: teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části je pozornost u finanční analýzy věnována vymezení zdrojů informací, uživatelů výsledků, možných přístupů kanalýze, a také podrobnějšímu popisu základních poměrových ukazatelů, či komplexních bankrotních a bonitních modelů. Teoretická část je pak zakončena vymezením předmětu a metod strategické analýzy. V praktické částí jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky z první části, a to prostřednictvím finanční analýzy výkazů společnosti Lactalis CZ, s.r.o., která je zároveň porovnávaná s největšími konkurenty v odvětví. Situace společnosti je dále zkoumána prostřednictvím strategické analýzy, která zahrňuje PEST analýzu, analýzu atraktivity trhu, či souhrnnou SWOT analýzu, která zakončuje praktickou část a podává komplexní obrázek o společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the financial and strategic analysis of the company Lactalis CZ, s.r.o. for the period from 2015 to 2019. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on the definition of sources of information for a financial analysis, users of results, possible approaches to the analysis and also contains more detailed description of basic ratios or complex bankruptcy and solvency models. The theoretical part then ends with the definition of the subject and basic methods of strategic analysis. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge from the first part is applied, through a financial analysis of the statements of the company Lactalis CZ, s.r.o., which is also compared with the largest competitors in the industry. The company's situation is further examined through strategic analysis, which includes PEST analysis, market attractiveness analysis or a SWOT analysis, which concludes the practical part and provides a comprehensive picture of the company. |
