| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce „Pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla v České republice a srovnání se Slovenskou republikou“ se zabývá zejména současnou úpravou produktu a analýzou pojistného trhu tohoto pojištění v rámci obou zemí. Opomenut není ani význam pojištění a historický vývoj. Hlavním cílem práce je potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotézy, zda se u dvou nyní již samostatných států vyskytují rozdíly v pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla i přes společnou historii. |

The importance of insurance and historical development is also not forgotten. The main objective of the theses is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis of whether there are differences in the motor third party liability insurance of two now separate countries despite the common history. |
