| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou digitalizace a souvisejícího využití technologií jako je robotická procesní automatizace v účetnictví či ve finančních odděleních. Cílem diplomové práce je demonstrace automatizačních technik v účetních procesech včetně analýzy získaných benefitů. Evaluace navazuje na teoretické podklady z první části diplomové práce, kde je zkoumán obecný pohled na svět digitalizace a jeho prolnutí se světem finančního účetnictví. Z provedené rešerše vyplývá zjevný trend automatizace finančních procesů a tlak na jejich optimalizaci a nákladovou efektivitu. Na základě praktické analýzy projektu robotické procesní automatizace ve finančním oddělení konkrétní korporátní společnosti vyplynulo, že automatizací pouhých 23 dílčích finančních procesů lze ušetřit ročně 4,3 přepočteného plného pracovního úvazku. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of digitalization and the related use of technologies such as robotic process automation in accounting or financial departments. The aim of the diploma thesis is to demonstrate the use of automation techniques in accounting processes, including the analysis of the benefits obtained. The evaluation builds on the theoretical background from the first part of the thesis, where a general view of the world of digitization and its blending with the world of financial accounting is examined. The search reveals an obvious trend in the automation of financial processes and the pressure to optimize them and cost-effectiveness. Based on a practical analysis of a robotic process automation project in the finance department of a specific corporate company, it turned out that by automating only 23 partial financial processes, 4.3 full-time employee equivalents can be saved annually. |
