| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na interní podvody v bankách a jejich regulaci. Cílem je přiblížit operační riziko a rozebrat druhy interních podvodů, ke kterým v bankách dochází. První část vymezuje pojem podvod. V dalších částech se podívá na bankovní systém a bankovní regulace. Poslední kapitola podává pár konkrétních případů interních podvodů, které se staly v bankách buď u nás nebo ve světe. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused od internal banking fraunds and their regulation. The aim is to approach operational risk and analyze types of internal fraud that can occur in banks. First of all, it defines the term fraud and briefly mentions the term fraud. In the following sections, we will look at the banking system and banking regulations. The last chapter presents a few specific cases of internal fraud that have occured in banks either our country or in the world. |
