| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj hypotečního trhu v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů hypotečního trhu a jeho vývoj v ČR. Empirická část je zaměřená na statistickou analýzu vybraných ukazatelů hypotečního trhu a porovnání nabídek úvěrů na bydlení od vybraných bankovních instituci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis deals with the development of the mortgage market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic concepts of the mortgage market and the development of mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The empirical part is focused on the statistical analysis of selected indicators of the mortgage market and a comparison of mortgage loan offers from selected banking institutions. |
