| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována představení tří hlavních typů financování stavebních strojů: úvěr, finanční leasing a operativní leasing. V teoretické části byly shrnuty jejich charakteristiky a specifika, a následně byly rozebrány jejich výhody a nevýhody. Podstatná část byla věnována účetním a daňovým dopadům, kde byly zohledněny i nejnovější úpravy týkající se leasingu a úvěru. Cílem praktické části bylo zhodnocení výhodnosti pořízení stavebního stroje různými způsoby financování. V první části byla provedena komparace všech tří typů financování a k posouzení výhodnosti byla použita metoda diskontovaných výdajů na úvěr a leasing. Druhá část byla zaměřena na rozbor úvěrového financování s dotační podporou ze strukturálních fondů EU. Pro aktuálnost jednotlivých srovnání byla praktická část postavena na reálných datech z období 2020–2021. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to describe three main methods of financing construction machinery: credit, financial leasing, and operational leasing. The theoretical part consists of characteristics and specifics, advantages and disadvantages of all financing methods mentioned above. Major part specializes in accounting and tax implications, where the impact of the latest modifications relating to leasing and credit is also considered. The practical part aims to evaluate attributes of financing construction machinery by various methods. First part compares all three types of financing and uses method of discounted cash flow for the profitability assessment. Second part focuses on analysis of credit financing with subsidy support from the EU structural funds. For currentness of the comparison, the practical part is based on real data from years 2020-2021. |
