| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční strukturou podniku a jejím vlivem na výnosnost pro vlastníka. Jsou představeny teorie nákladů kapitálu a diskutována optimální kapitálová struktura podniku. V praktické části je analyzován významný český pivovar s konzervativní finanční strukturou. Hlavním cílem je analýza výnosnosti vlastního kapitálu při alternativní finanční struktuře podniku při zohlednění vyššího finančního rizika, které způsobila zvýšená finanční páka. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on financial structure and its impact on return on equity. Cost of capital theories are introduced, and the thesis also discusses optimal capital structure. In the practical part of this thesis an important Czech brewery is analysed. The brewery is currently conservatively financially managed, thus the aim of the thesis is an analysis of change in return on equity with alternative capital structures while taking extra risk arising from higher leverage into account. |
