| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá tématem sociálního zabezpečení ve vybraných státech EU a jejich vzájemnou komparací. Práce analyzuje sociální systémy v České republice, Německu a Dánsku. Tyto země byly vybrány s ohledem na jejich historický kontext, kdy německý sociální systém vychází z Bismarckovského modelu a dánský systém z Beveridgovského modelu. Tyto teoretické modely jsou analyzovány v první části práce, kde jsou popsány jejich hlavní prvky, kterými se navzájem odlišují. V druhé části práce jsou systémy analyzovány z dnešního pohledu a jsou zařazovány podle stanovených kritérií do jednotlivých modelů. Analýza byla prováděna s pomocí korelačního koeficientu, který poskytl informaci např. o závislosti výše příspěvků do systému a výše vyplácených dávek při různých úrovních mzdy. Výstupem práce je posouzení, které prvky modelů se v porovnávaných systémech objevují. V německém systému převládají stále prvky Bismarckovského modelu a v Dánsku stále převládají prvky Beveridgovského modelu. Česká republika nemá jasný historický základ, ale s mírnou převahou převažují více Bismarckovské prvky v systému. Toto porozumění a posouzení jednotlivých systémů je důležité především z hlediska koordinace systémů sociálního zabezpečení na úrovni Evropské unie. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the topic of social security in selected EU member states and their comparison. The thesis analyzes social systems in the Czech Republic, Germany and Denmark. These countries were chosen with regard to their historical context, where the German social system is based on the Bismarckian model and the Danish social system on the Beveridgean model. These theoretical models are analyzed in the first part of the thesis, where their main aspects and differences are described. In the second part of the thesis, the systems are analyzed from today's perspective with regard to the aspects described in previous part. The analysis was performed using a correlation coefficient, which provided information, for example, on the dependence of the amount of contributions to the system and the amount of benefits paid from the system at different wage levels. The outcome of the work is an assessment of which aspects of models are shown in these compared systems. Aspects of the Bismarckian model still predominant in the German system and aspects of the Beveridgean model still predominant in Denmark. The Czech Republic does not have a clear historical basis, but with a slight predominance, more Bismarckian aspects predominate in the system. This understanding and assessment of the individual systems is important, especially in terms of coordination of the social security system in the European Union. |
