| Abstract: |
Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje podrobné charakteristice Hongkongu z hlediska daňového a důchodového systému. Cílem textu byl popis fungování daňového systému v Hongkongu a následné srovnání se zeměmi asijských tygrů, mezi něž dále patří Singapur, Jižní Korea a Taiwan. Výsledky analýzy jednotlivých daňových systémů ukázaly, že Hongkong spolu se Singapurem patří vzhledem k velmi jednoduchému a přehlednému daňovému systému ke státům s nejnižším daňovým zatížením na světě. |

| Abstract: |
The diploma thesis deals with the detailed characteristics of Hong Kong in terms of the tax and pension system. The aim of this thesis was description the functioning of the tax in Hong Kong and comparison with Asian Tiger countries, including Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. The results of analysis of individual tax systems showed, that Hong Kong´s and Singapore´s tax systems belong to the countries with the lowest tax burden in the world. |
